1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All services and products offered through this website are delivered digitally and include:

  • Vehicle inspection reports

  • Market value analyses

  • Accident and history summaries

  • Vehicle verification details

  • Export/import records

  • Warranty and recall information

As these are non-tangible digital goods, once the report is processed and delivered, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.


2. No Refunds for Customer Errors

We do not issue refunds due to errors or incorrect information provided by the customer. This includes:

  • Incorrect VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)

  • Typographical mistakes

  • Duplicate submissions

  • Misunderstanding the scope or purpose of our service

Please review your input carefully before submitting an order.


3. Exceptions to This Policy

We understand rare issues may occur. We may consider corrections or redelivery of your order in the following situations:

  • Wrong Report Delivered: If you receive a report that does not correspond to the VIN or details you submitted.

  • Incomplete or Corrupted Report: If the delivered report is missing critical sections or cannot be accessed.

  • Report Not Delivered: If your report is not delivered within the standard timeframe (typically 7–10 hours) due to a system error on our part.

To request a correction or redelivery, contact us at info@vehiclesdnainspect.com within 2 business days of receiving (or not receiving) your report.


4. Support & Technical Access Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your report, please contact our support team. We will assist in resolving access issues, but such cases do not qualify for a refund, as the product has already been delivered.

Remember to check your spam, promotions, or junk folder before reaching out.


5. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback after agreeing to our refund terms is considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback request with documentation that confirms delivery and fulfillment of the service.

We strongly recommend contacting us first to resolve any concerns.


6. Agreement to This Policy

By placing an order with Vehicle DNA Inspect, you confirm that:

  • You understand and accept that you are purchasing a non-refundable digital product.

  • All sales are final unless an error is made by our team.
